Classified System Administration

Classified System Administrators maintain the operational status of Windows-based and other operating systems that reside in classified environments at a variety of classification levels. They perform software and hardware installs and upgrades and execute required configuration changes. They provide network- and desktop-based troubleshooting assistance to client-facing staff and interface with the development team.  They specify, research, compare, purchase, and install hardware and software that meets requirements. They maintain the network and routers and manage an operational help desk.
