Infoscitex Corporation Acquired by DCS Corp

DAYTON, OH – August 30, 2012 – DCS Corp completed its acquisition of Infoscitex Corporation (IST). IST expands DCS’s service offerings in modeling, simulation and analysis, human biodynamics research, advanced manned and unmanned air vehicle systems, material science solutions, software development, cyber-domain techniques and media communication services. IST is now a wholly owned subsidiary of DCS.

The completion of the IST transaction constitutes an exciting and significant step toward furthering DCS’s ability to provide broad, technically superior solutions to customers in the Department of Defense and intelligence community.
